Screen PrintingScreen printing is the most effective and economical method for garment decoration. With proper care, a screen printed image should last the lifetime of the garment. Airship is a proud user of environmentally friendly inks such as QCM which are phthalate free to conform to pending CPSIA legislation involving plastisol.
A separate screen is prepared for each layer/color of the image. Each screen is carefully registered on top of one another to produce the desired image and/or color combination. With the help of our automatic presses, we ensure consistency and quality regardless of quantity. Our 12-color automatic press is able to accomplish most designs, however, we also offer 4-color-process printing. This process makes it possible to recreate photo quality images by using just four colors: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, and is most effective on white or lighter garments. A white underbase is needed for darker garments.
Airship also offers a number of specialty inks and effects such as:- Water based ink

Standard turn time for screen printing varies by season but does not typically exceed 2 weeks.
